New
homes sales are expected to rise 38 percent from 2014 year end base.
The number has been flat for too long and with rising home starts,
increasing price projections, and favorable lending rates and
underwriting, new homes sales are expected to be favorable for the
next few years. With low interest rates, low housing supply, and
rising prices, now is a good time to buy and take advantage of the
expected appreciation.
